Some of the remodeling changes include enhancing the breezeway and changing the roof pitch, and adding a shed dormer to provide access from the second floor to a room over the garage. In addition, a full dormer was added to one side of the garage and finished with a new bathroom. A stairway and powder room/laundry were also incorporated into the garage space.
